How to Make DIY Gift Tags and Name Cards

Last week we showed you a few of our favourite DIY ideas for place card holders on a table. We’ve spent all week thinking about how to make more beautiful DIY place card and gift tags too and had a go at whipping up a couple more. We hope you like them!

These place cards have been made with a tiny snowflake die and some of our sparkly Christmas toppers. You can have fun picking out characters and motifs to match the person – is there anyone in your family who reminds you of a red nosed reindeer?!

Sparkly Christmas toppers look great on place card holders.

These also work really well as gift tags, simply make them flat and use the topper overlapping the tag and present to help stick it on. We love how easy toppers are to use and they really make a present stand out!

Christmas toppers also work really well on gift tags.

If you’d rather keep things simple we’ve got some great self-adhesive gift tags that are ready to go, all you need to do is write the name on!

Our self-adhesive gift tags are super simple and look fantastic on presents.

You might also have noticed that we’ve featured a couple of Christmas crackers in these pictures – look out for a DIY Christmas cracker tutorial that we’ll be posting soon.

Happy Christmas crafting and don’t forget to show us what you’re making!
